Also she's close to her fifties and not exactly (thinking of a delicate way of putting this) going to live much longer. So this could be a potential posthumous purchase so the buyer can sell when she goes and give any profit to the British Heart Foundation, McMillan or Diabetes UK depending on how she goes.
