Nah it's further up the A1, southbound carriageway around Grantham. It's disappointingly tame to be honest!

Never been in the one near the black cat! hehe

I always see nice cars in Luton, and pretty much all of Luton looks like a bomb hit it, so such scenes are pretty common there.

This thread reminds me that I must use the word "incongruous" more often

I'm thinking Volvo 940GL - possibly on a 'G' plate.

In with the 'it's a picture of a skip - on top of another skip' comment before everyone else piles in smile

Any idea where that was taken ? doesn't seem to be that much damage to the SV
Speculation that it was Holland, but some seem to think Italy.

Whatever, here's a link to the story: http://www.evo.co.uk/news/evonews/248605/lamborghi...

Found this the other week, abandoned, and yes it is a real Cozzeh, such a shame to see it in this condition.

guy who lives in a modest very suburban 3 bed semi-detached near me has a lovely immaculate looking red F355 (definitely not an MR2) on the driveway..reckon his wife has probably left him by now..
A bloke that lived near me had a red 355, but only has a 2 up 2 down cottage. He didn't even have proper off street parking so it sat on his grass. It was later repalced with a porsche of similar value.
I live in an "up and coming" area of town, in an end terrace. My neighbours have a Rover 214, a Corsa B and a Fiesta Mk 3. I do feel a bit of a target having an Elise on my drive, even if it is old.
Common in London. You see beautiful cars parked nose to tail outside modest rows of terraced houses/flats (which can easily cost £1m+, of course).

Me and a mate are thinking of doing it at some point, has been there for a good 12 months now. The car is abandoned but the place it is at is a little garage that specialises in Ford's. Round the back there is all sorts of old cars including an AlfaSud, Lancia Delta (rotten as a pear unfortunately) and some other stuff, might go check it out tonight. I would love to know why it has been left there and not touched, the interior is ok, just very dirty.
