Ouch, surely it can't be that hard to figure out who did it(unless it was a random attack)

As far as I know, I haven't upset anyone.

Insurers have already said it's a write off likely (even though they haven't seen it) but that's taking into account my cars value versus a respray.

What's worse is I've just gone and had the front hubs and rear wheel bearings done, and recently put bucket seats, new steering wheel etc in.

It took a minute for it to actually sink in, I don't even want to look at it.

Ironically I park in a drive infront of another car so it's out of sight.

I've had bad luck with this car, I had a woman who reversed into my parked car a few months ago too. My insurance is going to go through the roof.

What substance would cause that kind of damage?

How much was the car worth pre vandalism?

Sorry mate. Must have pissed someone off. Even if you didnt know it.

If it is a write-off, you'll probably have the option to buy it back from them for little money - get some cash for parts??

They are idiots if they write it off, but if they do then buy it back for about 20p and use the payout to have it resprayed and new plastic bits to replace those that were ruined (e.g. headlight)

Mate..you have my sympathies. I had my car vandalised several times and eventually got rid and bought a shed. Plenty will tell you to stand up to these cretins and fix your car up but the bottom line is that someone has planned this very carefully and will more than likely do it again. You will also have the pleasure of being a total bag of nerves and looking nervously out your window every morning whilst they plan their next attack.

Sad fact is that this country is chock full of vile people. My advice...if you want a nice car, get saving and move to where you can afford a garage.

p.s. I truly hope the perpetrator has the st life that they probably do have.

Lots of pictures, buy it back and respray it yourself.
