I have seen an old Mini parked there a few times and even then it is tight.

This was at a local B&Q. Appropriate use of a disabled space, possibly. I will let you decide. Not sure I would have bothered parking this up and instead, just drove through the store on it

The badge is issued to the person and not to a vehicle so that wouldn't be taken into account. Wonder if it was a genuine disabled driver, or just a fat barsteward.
They probably do have a badge but don't display it in case someone steals it, but still think that allows them to park in disabled bays.
