To be fair it is Stratford's new Westfield centre  I was at the Olympic park and had to walk through the Westfield centre and saw this outside.

Spotted this morning.  In this street, you have at least 1 mile of free parking, all of it safe, due to the massive lack of traffic. This "driver", decided that it would look so much better this way, preventing any wheelchair user of using the sidewalk.
