When I was shore based in the RN, any car found on the base where it shouldn't be, they would put a couple of strips across your sight of vision on the windscreen with duct tape. Spotted this dumped/parked like this at our local supermarket. It was parked like that for atleast 1 hour. The picture is blurry because I was walking.

Guy to the left had parked quite far over so i had to swing in at quite an angle. Did it so well that i managed to 'place' the rear alloy completely touching the side of the kerb but hadn't scratched a thing. Getting out of the space brought inevitable kerbing on two spokes of the face of the alloy
