Is 710bhp not a little bit excessive for a GT car? By all means in a sports/supercar, just seems a bit unnecessary in a GT car. Can't see it being a looker either if it's taking styling hints from the FF.
The front-engine-RWD model in the Ferrari range isn't supposed to be a GT, it's supposed to be a supercar. As opposed to the 458, which is supposed to be a (super-)sportscar.The FF is the 'GT' model (or maybe the California).

Bye-bye 599: Maranello's new flagship GT is called the F620 - and it should pack quite a punch

Anyone know how they've arrived at the number? I thought they still had some (tenuous) link to the engine in the name? Though having said that I can't remember what it was for the 599 either.
From Wiki:"V12 models used the displacement (in cubic centimetres) of one cylinder. Therefore, the famed 365 Daytona had a 4390 cc V12. However, some newer V12-engined Ferraris, such as the 599, have three-number designations that refer only to total engine displacement."
I suppose 620 is nearly 6.3l. Wiki has the FF engine at 6262cc.
