T&T til June, currently no chance of a new one - without work.

For fk sake.

I'm now on a train heading from Carlisle after the S-Type I was driving back from Bolton decided to st its gearbox on the M6 just after Lancaster.

It was a proper full on bork, fluid and bits of gearbox all over the outside lane.

Now those of you who've met me will know I'm rather fond of profanity but I've never been quite so angry in all my days.

It was Basil Fawlty-esque as I was hitting the fking car with any object that was closest to hand. irked

Off to see 2 cars tomorrow. Fingers crossed I shall come home with something more interesting than I'm leaving home with.

Of all the things i've known TVR's to bork, the 'box isn't one of them...
Still, anythings possible with little service history!

£1595 is the asking price. 2000 V with 76k on the clock FSH up to 2009 and then a bit of ??? after.
I thInk my belt cost about £500 ish but gave peace of mind.
Isn't the lifespan about 65k? Mine was at least 35k over due. They build them to last so I wouldn't worry too much about 10k.

Nice! Well done!

If I hadn't made an impulse Pork purchase this morning, I was going to look at this tomorrow...

Looks rather tidy. And brown. And potentially a bargain if it's really as good as he said it was when I spoke to him yesterday.

That's me just got home after today's Bork-a-thon.

Not fking amused.

Can someone also tell me why groups of young morons feel the need to drink half a dozen cans of cheap lager and then behave like aholes on the train?

They are justifiably concerned that the train will break down, having seen their fellow passenger.

Those number plates are an MOT fail on post-1973 cars.

You may want to fill up with fuel on the mainland, the UK public have shown their collective intelligence to the world this week and it does not look good.
