You're a day (at least) late with this one Pistonheads. It was on Car Buzz yesterday. I guess Riggers has the iPhone app?!

Lovely cars, but I can't look at that photo and enjoy it!! It's on the skew, not central and the right hand side has been cropped too tight so it clips the edge of the car. How annoying!!!!

Fantastic, shame he was not around long enough to acquire a Dakar 959 or what's left of a 961.
I think you are being a bit picky... Its a good enough collection for me!

There's something missing from that collection..........................a "proper"917?
That is strange isn't it? The /30 was epic but there was something very special about the 1970/71 coupes.

These Porsches were at Daytona recently for the 50th Anniversary celebrations.

917K that won the 24 Hours in 1971

1984 March-Porsche

Loads of other pics of the various Porsches if anyone is interested.

So far the PH rating is @ 9.43...one of the highest for quite some time, and understandably so.

Wonderful selection of metal; lets hope they don't all end up in a collection away from the road, cossetted in cotton wool and barely used.

Me too but the 917/30 was epic in its own way, see the size of these exhausts & lack of silencing!

Wow, what a collection!!!!

935 for me please, along with the 934 Jaegermeister, 993 GT2 Evo, (Martini) RSR Turbo Carrera or 968 Turbo RS (even the replica will do).

Oh hell, if that is not possible, any of them will do..................

That's one helluva collection, there! My brother in law and I would have to fight to the death over that Martini 935; him because it was one of the original Transformers toys, and me because it's a frickin' Martini 935!!! What more reason do I need?

I'm disappointed that the 1971 Le Mans winner has been changed from Martini colours to JWA. Any history to that?
