Aha, so thats where the beastie I saw on the MWay near Manchester on Friday evening comes from..................looks OK to me, shame its not the RS1 though!

Love the original Quattro and most things with the 4 hoops on.

Roll on the Premium Bond win so I can indulge in cars properly!!!

I had a night in the A1. Thoroughly enjoyable little car, very reminiscent of our old MINI Cooper S. The decals, not so much.

That A1 has car AIDS. In fact all A1's have, but that one has BAD AIDS.

There's been an outbreak of A1s near my office in Camden.

It's been a progression round here - 7 years ago it was new minis, 3 years back the Fiat 500.

The Audi has definately formed the aesthetic nadir.

That Quattro, what a beauty. The noise it makes it amazing. Simply a stunning find, and it makes the A1 look pretty crap!

thumbuprofl +1 - been waiting for years for that definition...lose-lose that one ie for Audi loss of sales of RS product ie why pay twice the price for something you cant tell the difference and for the Customer who bought the bona fide (RS) product - no-one knows...

Cough... M5 vs 530d with m-trim is the same. And I think you can get a Viano with an AMG body kit these days. At least Audi make their wing mirrors shiny if it's a proper bit of kit.

The A1, and anybody who buys one, deserve nothing but contempt from anybody who likes cars, or anybody blessed with the gift of sight. Same as the new BMW M5 and anything with fake exhaust tips (saw one on the M5 tother day, driven by some fat with a bright red face, probably embarrassed as he realised everybody knows about that POS fake exhaust speaker, I pointed and laughed giving the wker sign)

This cars existance, like the M5, should spell the end of Audi and BMW in the UK as a matter of principle. Sadly it'll probably be the next '19" wheels, I-pod white paint, bodykitted dervs' in terms of popularity.

Whats next? Gulf colouring on a 1.25 fiesta?

So you don't agree with his choice of car so that makes him a wker? How ironic.

No.
Knowing of, and then buying a car that has a speaker that makes vroom vroom noises spells wker to me, in big capital letters for all to see.
