So picked up a gorgeous Techno Violet M3 cabriolet on the weekend. 99k miles and seems in excellent mechanical and good/excellent cosmetic condition. Anyone recommend some good detailers around West London? I want to get this car looking immaculate and get rid of all the small cosmetic niggles.

Im actively looking for one of these at the moment in Estoril Blue or Techno Violet, without paying the silly over inflated prices people are asking!
Congratulations on your purchase.Would you consider selling for much less than the ‘silly asking prices’
If you are asking if I would sell my techno violet feel free to drop me a PM, if you are asking if I would sell my car or any car for much less than the "silly prices" around then yes I would. They are silly reasons for a reason, they will not sell.... if someone wants to sell they should chose a sensible price. Simple really.
E.g. there is a company selling a Estoril Blue coupe with circa 92k miles for £19,xxx!! I seriously hope that is a typo. If not they are off their rocker!

Thank you. I am going to purchase an Estoril Blue and then decide which to keep long long term. The techno violet colour I had approx 19-20 years ago but I always wanted to buy an Estoril blue one.

9 years ago a good E36 M3 was around the same money as a good 944 turbo, I don't see why that shouldn't still be the case. Hmm, I see them as 5 grand cars, for a nice one, but whilst you arent watching, things have a habit of changing whilst your opinion doesn't.
Also, depends on your means, things tend to slip from your grasp that used to be easily attainable and we think that will always be the case, always an option should we fancy one at a later date but the supply goes down and demand tends to go up.
Couple that with ridiculous prices at certain dealers.

Porsche classics have a general habit of an perceived automatic increase in value due to the brand reputation especially in it's classic division. This is driven from the top in the GT3 RS, GT2, Singer variations etc. Whereas no where near as many BMW are seen as classics and investments/collector in comparison. I think the right price for a 100k convertible is realistically 8-10k dependant on condition. Im not one to then come back and say these are worth £20k in weeks like a few idiots out there are hoping and praying. As another member posted these in my mind are merely sentimental toys not so much long terms Porsche investments. For me personally anyway.
