Replacement for the 3er? I think yes.
Funnily enough, I was looking a a 3er to replace mine! hehe (though I'd really like a Z4C if the sums add up.)

Today? I'll obsess about two cars. The new one with a British badge:

And an old one, courtesy of the video for the song "The Mighty 190". It's a very tongue in cheek song about riding along in your kebab-fat powered diesel Merc, written and performed by the funny and talented Norwegian, Magnus Wathne. Look it up on YouTube, but be warned that it's very Not Safe For Work.

The original M5 for me;

Such a brilliant looking car, bet it's a great car to tour in. A bit different from my usual road racer obsessions at least.

Is this another example of ridiculous bumpers being added for the US market? Why do they do that?! Lovely E28 M5 though, bumpers aside. yum

Last Couple of Days.

Audi S5

Lovely! I would consider buying one if I had the means to do so. Brilliant car IMO, and it would need to be in this blue, or black. Last time I checked they were about £29,000 for the cheapest but now as the cheapest is £15,000 it represents a lot of car for the money (fuel prices aside).

Maybe when they get below £10,000. scratchchin

That one is the petrol. £14,995 at FOW.co.uk if you are interested.

I test drove a bright blue petrol one when I got the Lancer. The Skoda had better equipment, nicer materials and build quality and much better speakers (the Lancers shake when you go over a speed bump) so obviously I had to get the faster Lancer! hehe
Forgot to mention smarter looks and smarter looking interior.

I keep going back to these

I need to get a company car and sell both of my current cars and get some cash together before I can buy one, but you have to have a goal.

shoutcarlove - Why did you get the Lancer? No offence meant hehe

From previous posts I have gathered: It is bad on fuel, cheaper interior and a stereo that isn't very good.

Not even a proper Lancer either. wink

If I knew I'd tell you. biggrin
When I was driving to the dealership so test drive I was telling myself not to buy the gas guzzling chav mobile so naturally I left the dealer £12k poorer. I rather like the right pedal though and you see millions more VRs's, that's probably because they're smarter though! biggrin
I do like it though!
'Proper Lancers' were a bit too daft for me.

Haha! I didn't mean it in a bad way, I just wondered why. smile

I assume you do business miles and the 'proper' Lancer would not be great at that on a daily basis.
