Some old pork wink. The Porsche 904 that went at RM Auctions earlier in the year.

Patiently waiting for it to depreciate 30k or so...

Cheapest is about 70k at the moment(AUC)I think it will be 2-3 years before we see them retail for 40-50k, I'm waiting for them to fall as well.

They've aged fantastically well haven't they?

Perhaps better looking now than when they were released. Especially in dark blue (TdF?) like that.

I somehow doubt the 458 will look quite so resolved over ten years after it's launch.

Surely the SEAT version would be cheaper than the other 3, and probably a better drive too.
The SEATs all seem to be the 180hp Cupra varient, Insurance wise that competes with stuff like a 330i bmw. I'm looking for the 150hp base 1.8t with a fully specced interior, the appeal of the skoda is that it looks the same as a base model but can be remapped to match the VRS, and is still cheap to insure.

But once you've mapped it and it becomes a modified car, is it not more expensive to insure than the unmodified SEAT?

As soon as the S-Tronic gets released I am putting my order in. Going to have it in dark metallic purple.

It is £500 less to insure to begin with. I have alot of nice cars opened up to me if I pay around £1200 a year, what the Cupra would cost to insure, the 180hp 1.8t has alot of rivals to compete with. At this price point the 150hp 1.8t has no rivals in my mind, or none with the same easy tunability.
