Impreza p1. Always liked one but recently I've been obsessed. Never driven one but drove a similarly aged sti years ago and loved it.

Love the look and the rareness is an appeal. I'm not too keen on other scoobies anymore but still love the p1.

Debating selling my classic mini and getting one!

Never owned a Jag, or even considered one, but was sat outside a bar last night and and XKR sat there and fell for the looks big time, and as it pulled away it sounded superb.

I have been thinking of selling the ML and getting a B3 Touring, but my wife said, why not keep the ML and get one of those?

So found this on autotrader.......

Car, outside = lovely.

Interior = shudder... duck egg blue?

Jag' V8 powered Se7en today. The conversation came up because there's a supercharged XJ8 at my local scrappy and I've been looking for a proper gearbox that'll fit the engine. wink

70s Jap again today but realistically it's not going to happen since such cars are so thin on the ground in the UK

A slightly more viable obsession is the 05> Mustang - even a V6 (with a charger) would suffice

That engine really is exceptional, feels ultra responsive and diesel-like economy/ co2. I haven't tried the facelift Polo yet but should easily set the standard for the class.

That is stunning you have great taste, but I would change the rear lights for the standard versions, Porsches attempt to provide clear lenses for the 997 generation wasn't that well conceived.

Not a car, but who'd want a car on a day like this, if you had a bike licence and one of these. Take me to the south of France. Not a pillion carrier either, so I'd have to leave the mort at the hotel.

My god that's nice. Bikes ok to.

Noodling over a 'perfect garage' I search for something V8-ish and 3 green things leapt-out at me for some reason

That just screams 'hairy chested mentalist car' - for less than a new Corsa VXR? smile

The 355 remains one of the best looking cars Ferrari ever made - it's looks cannot be improved from stock (not even the wheels!) - I love the exterior/interior colours on that one too.

348s don't normally grab me but that one has a certain something ;0

I've always found the looks of the Griffith too effeminate to be considered a "brutish" car, bellowing V8 notwithstanding.

Oh my that's lovely. I wouldn't normally go for a colour like that but I agree, it looks great and the Interior sets it off nicely.

I think the Griff is a stand-apart in TVRs because of its relative elegance and lack of aggression. A far cry from a Sagaris!

Also, I suspect the transplant of the Tuscan's wheels will have ruined that one's handling.

They claim they did it to fit the bigger brakes - given that we're talking a non-PAS car I also parking will be a trial such as even Hercules would be unkeen ;0

They do sort-of work tho - I normally dislike the 'newer wheels on older cars' thing but here, they do look OK
