I have and always wanted/will buy a Range Rover SVR. Just for the road presence and especially the noise....

Phhwooar that noise even when rumbling around town...

Neighbour has one on a lease in grey so looks like the normal footballer car to the average person but the expression when they look back after he floors it. Wowzeee...

I'm fantasising again about buying a Green Goddess and turning it into a weekend camper inside. trouble is, all the ones currently for sale are in concours nick and it would be a shame to undo the hard work of the previous owners in getting then to show condition.
I just hope a scruffy one doesnt come up for sale soon, as I wouldn't be able to resist buying it despite having no money at present!

Considering I've never really wanted one, nor desired one it's recently been Porsches.

Either a Boxster, Cayman or early 996 C2

Just want to get into a proper drivers car that can also be a daily, but the engine issues put me off..still can't stop looking at them.

What an unbelievably niche car.

Didnt even know there was a 'R' class, let alone an AMG!

Some kind of Abarth 500. The lads have already informed me that the phrase "but it's an Abarth" will be lost on anybody who thinks a 500 is a girls' car.

Good choice, take no notice of the ones who don't get it, proper pocket rocket and easy to mod.

Get it bought and let us know..! I keep looking at them on AT and having recently been a passenger in one at 155mph I'm rather smitten. Wonderful things, but the bills could be scary if you buy in haste.

There's a rather nice 595 that is often parked next to mine when I'm at work. It's driven by a girl. smile
But I agree, feisty little hatchbacks are great. Don't let other people's preconceptions put you off buying the car you want.

Christ £70k?!

Are the XC90 really up with Range Rover pricing now? I had no idea they went this expensive.

Its a T8 so top of the range hybrid with all the kit.
I would have one over an RR but I'm a Volvo fan.

Think they are £80k+ new with options.

Lower spec used 2016 ones are on the market for £40k ish.

Looked inside one a few weeks ago when waiting for a part for my wife's 07 XC90 and it is fantastic inside. Seats as for most Volvos are superb.

So after nearly 3 years of eBay and AutoTrader trawling (bearing in mind I live in London and dont *need* a car), I stumbled across one of these. Not knowing much about it, and not liking Vauxhall for a while, I stupidly went and test drove it. So now I own it. Oops.
