Always wondered what one of these would be like. Seem to get rave reviews. Wife has a standard previous generation Swift and its a hoot to drive so I'm wondering if we should replace it with one of these when the time comes.
I'd love one of these, but my wife needing a small car leaves me needing a large one. She might have to get one of these next though!

My near-daily obsession for almost 15 years

http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/n...

Have been so close to pulling the trigger so many times, but never finished a deal. Now it seems to only be going one way in price and rarity frown

For me, I wasn't originally a fan of these but I've come round, they definitely seem like the future

Get to a point where my car is just as I wanted it, anything more would spoil it, at this point the feet itch to move on.
An odd feeling that re occurs.

Maybe it's because it is so pure and low compared to the more modern fussy stuff. Looks fantastic and the missus said I could replace her qashqai with it and she would take my dd.... I have no knowledge (yet) of what to look for....but I'm obsessing.....

Agreed, but my God American cars from that era were huge.

Excuse me while I jump off the fence here...

I have always preferred the Porsche Cayman to the 911. Since the turn of the century the 911 has been a bit of an effort, a soccer player special and only now 996 prices are close to reasonable they aren't as reliable as a car in that class should be. Thanks to the knuckle dragging grass runners parts are plentiful and pretty cheap but in my opinion the Cayman is a better sports car. Something you can have fun driving without looking over your shoulder or wake up the next morning and the wheels aren't on an old Golf or VW converted builders van camper.

Now there's a bit of hype about the new car having a four cylinder engine and I've been thinking about these...

...a nice classic, classy 912 to sit next to a Cayman GT4 if I win the lotto later. wink

Can't you just post the pic of the car, sans the drivel?
