I really don't want to like that - but I do! Visions of a highly tuned K-series, coil springs and better brakes in there and some track fun for a lot less money, and lots of giggles for driving something so stupid, yet weirdly great..

Meh, manufacturers have made 4WS systems before. My old Prelude had one. I could have replaced the front track rods with something fixed, and had limited rear wheel only steering laugh
heheVery limited. Didn't the prelude only have about 5 degrees of lock on the rear wheels?

The Prelude was a DBW system wasn't it? Basically an electrically driven steering rack in the back with no mechanical connection to the "main" steering system. I doubt that hot-rod works like that. hehe

The Gen4 and 5 was. That's a Gen3 in the picture. It had a mechanical linkage front to rear, and a seperate rack. Which meant despite it being FWD, there's a very high 'transmission tunnel' eating up the interior space.
Ah fair enough. Never really looked at a gen-3.
