If i had a choice, and I could afford it, id take that over a standard Veyron I think.

I just wouldn't buy one at all (Veyron). No racing history at all. There are many, many wonderful cars,out there for up to £1 million which would get my, imaginary, money!

No history, would not stop me buying a car i liked.

Zonda, Lamborghini, koenigsegg etc.. all no history of factory supported racing, but all lauded as great cars.

Death isn't choosy. It will kill the occupants of that Maestro just as happily as the local shonkymobile. I would say I'd expect better. But you know what these home DIYers are like.
