Pictures of decently Modified cars [Vol. 2]
Discussion
Since when did digital renders / Photoshop created pics start to make it into the decently modified cars thread
Maybe, as already suggested, it's time to start a thread dedicated to anything "Stanced" for those who want to appreciate that side of things, and to keep it seperate from this thread?
Is there not also a thread on this forum, in a sub section devoted to photography, that would cover Renders & Photoshops that those can be posted on?

First car from a new shop (well, sort of anyway).
It won the 50th Ridler award last weekend against some pretty stiff competition.
I think they got it right.
High end rods are much more subtle than they were a few years ago, the cars are much truer to their roots, even those that know the cars inside out don't always see whats been done or maybe where.
Charley Hutton painted it. He painted Ken Reister's "Impression" that won the Ridler in 2006 (built by Chip Foose).
If the name is familiar Hutton was the painter at Boyd's shop (American Hot Rod TV program) before he left to paint "Impression".
Hutton also painted another Foose creation "Terracuda"
pic is big, so linky http://www.justcustomz.com/blog/wp-content/uploads...
No picture will do that car justice, its an awesome colour.
To give you some idea of the finish listen to what they say about the terracuda bumpers at about 2:20 in http://v8tvshow.com/content/view/684/214/
While we are at it:
'34 Ford, won Ridler in 2004. Thats 9 years ago and the car still looks this good today
'35 Chevy, won Ridler in 2005.
some build pics: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/602721/2005-chevrole...
I was told they had 1000 hours in the body on this car, just to get it to bare metal.
Look at www.radrides.com - lots of build pictures there of some seriously awesome stuff. They have a penchant for big V8s, turbos and lots of neat engineering. They have also won Ridler with a '36 Ford called "First Love".
Also look at stuff from: Alloway, Brizio, Tucci Hot Rods, Greening hot rods, Kindigit designs just to name a few.
