Some more pics!

Oh my.

There was an immaculate one of these parked up in the countryside this weekend. LadyF (not a car person) just did not get my drooling over it. She was all about the Bentley Continental GTC a few cars down. Not me. The old Sierra had me.

Also a bit in love with those Rolls Royce dragsters. So wrong...and yet so right.

How about a nice classic B5 A4 Quattro, with subtle lowering on coilovers, debadged, stainless steel exhaust and tinted windows. Nice and clean - no vents, spoilers or chavvy wheels!

If you hadnt of written the list of mods I wouldn't have noticed it wasn't standard

I think that's the best way to modify cars; change them enough to improve on the original, but not to make it massively obvious.

I think the redstripes make it far too obvious that it's fast. Very nice!

The stripes are stock I'll have you know. didn't want to leave them off, just in case it gave the game away. hehe

Nytrex triple threat NOS system.

Postman brought these from the good people at Cat Camshafts. I had planned on fitting US spec M3 cams but these are a nicer alternative. Thank you Cat!

The diff mounts are came from the US and servo and brake upgrade were SVC & WMS Brakes respectively.

Stack gauges. I know they're only gauges but they're excellent quality.

On impulse I opted for Laguna Seca blue.

The m50 inlet swap is done and the 6 branch is also on. The nitrous jets are going on and going to be hidden beneath the inlet manifold. There's also a lightened flywheel and uprated AP clutch.

It's going to look so much better with all the redundant e36 wiring being binned and no OE fuse box and clutter.

BMW 316 (1982)
Sandblasted bare shell
M52/2.8 with Cat cams & lightened flywheel, remap etc - 240bhp
Nytrex Nos system with 75bhp jet
Custom 6 branch manifold & 323i twin exhaust
Gaz coilovers
Whiteline / Alpina adjustable ARB's
Custom brake install inc billet 4 pots & Hawk pads
Rota 8 & 9J x 15 alloys
E12 LSD conversion
Rear cage
Recaros (leather/alcantara)
Nakamichi ICE
Stack gauges
Prototipo steering wheel
Stainless Storm gearknob & quickshift
Single wiper conversion
Engelmann door mirrors
Custom ''Painless'' wiring loom
NOS lenses & clear indicators
Alarm & immobiliser c/w tracker

The b5 audi is a very unstated design , has aged well against modern cars prefferance for chrome, stupid led lights, stupid fronts etc, so minor mods would excentuate the simple design, and simplicity is not always bad look at Philippe Starck design besides the colours timeless..
