That's just a standard 635 that has been lowered, what's special about that?! It just looks ruined to most PHers
Just in case you missed it the title of this thread is 'Pictures of decently Modified cars' I happen to think it's looks 'decently modified' but you're entitled to your opinion, oh and congrats on being the voice of most PHer's....
In this instance bobfather more than likely does speak for 99% of PH

That BMW lokos proper ruined
Do you actually like any modified cars ? Would be interesting to see what you post and think is decent

DannyScene does like lots of modified cars if you have a look through the thread. His opinions are sometimes at odds with most of the rest of the thread participants but I'm with him on this one.

I like the color on that beemer, but it needs to sit a bit higher, and ditch the stretched tires, im fine with some amount of lowering and awesomer rims, but this one just screams "ruined ride" which is a shame for a car like that, cant take it out on a proper run anymore

I'm with DS on this. That being said if it's on airride then I could (possibly) see it

I'm no fan of stretched tyres, but I do like the air ride cars which this is, grant you it would look better if not so low but, the modded BMW M5 turbine wheels and the blue work well I think, interior has M3 vader seats, again I think that works, no mention of other mods. To my mind this is better looking than a stock 635 csi hence posted it. Be boring if we all like the same stuff.

Not a huge fan of the outward angle on the headlights, and the wheels are a bit hidden away, but otherwise a stunning looking hotrod

Have we had James Morcroft's Mini, which popped up in my fb feed this morning, yet?

Sometimes even I wonder why I like a particular car!

Anyway for avoidance of doubt here are a few examples of modified cars I'd give either one of my bks to own (I know most people won't like them before I even post them)

Apparently I'm in a pretty deep 'jap' rut at the moment

A Swiftuned 1380 A series "race engine" according to the fb comments, not quite as rabid as you'd expect but I've seen it run up Shelsley Walsh and it does well enough.

One of the best looking cars ever IMO, they've aged terribly well

I'm with you on that.

That blue twin-engined thing looks like a Hotwheels car made real. It is therefore excellent.

That 635 the owner designed custom milled centres to create 3 piece M-System wheels, and then the fact it's been restored etc. I love it but many do not like stretched tyres or air ride (many seem to not realise it's even on air, where as I instantly understand it is and therefore can sit at whatever height fairly easily)

That's exactly what it is.

Ok cheers for posting, my 10 pence worth...

Rauh-Welt 911, do like some but for me an original 993 GT2 is better looking car and pretty much spot on as a modded 993, albeit a factory modified car with racing in mind

GTR, hmm not to my taste but I get it

Aston is properly ruined as you might say, and what is the roof scoop all about in a front engined car ?

Datsun 240z - yep would love one

Datsun pick up - appreciate for what it is but cant really get to excited about it
