IT'S NOT THE LOOKS THAT COUNT, IT'S THE FUNCTIONALITY!
I'm surprised you don't understand that it's possible to have BOTH laugh

It isn't about looks - I wonder if the top one is 900lbs than stock with extensive carbon panelling all around, and can lap Tuskuba in 57 seconds?
Does the top one have 570bhp?
Is the bottom one street legal and built by tuners?

Yeah, thought so. Does stance really matter here?
I'm not kicking the tuning. I'm kicking the whole thing as a look. To my eyes it probably a taller profile on the rear tyres. In fact they look stretched! And the wide arches are just awful as they ape the JGTC car too much but because the car isn't "chopped" at the bottom the proportions aren't quite there.

Top Secret's R34 is a much more coherent affair. IMO

I'm suprised you still don't understand this car..

True, function does follow form, but it does so very, very closely- to the point where they're pretty much as important as each other.

I don't think you understand that slapping the usual turbo and cylinder heads, can be comparable.. no matter how fast.

"The goal of this project was to utilise the lightweight nature of arguably one of the greatest engines of all time, the RB26DETT. The standard car weighs in at a hefty 3300lbs; it serves as a great oppurtunity to shave some weight. This is the dream machine I've been lusting for a long time, with second-to-none attention to detail to enable Amuse Motorsports to realise the true potential and ethos behind the R34 GTR. Extensive carbon panelling and a lighter interior was only the start of the weight saving efforts. The ATESA ET-S 4WD system was removed to make the car RWD and any engine components that could be stripped down were. All of these weight saving efforts brought the car down to an incredible 2400lbs (1088kg)! (A stock Skyline GTR (R34) weighs 3400lbs.)
Despite these weight saving efforts, the inner mecahnicals remain almost untouched, with a mild power increase. Amuse states that the goal in this project was to utilise the lightweight nature of the RB26DETT and the carbon fibre bodywork. With a slightly tuned mechanicals (HKS vPRO, ATS LSD, HKS GD-MAX Clutch, Blitz D-SBC, N1 pistons, HKS Stage One Cams, ARC downpipes and muffler), The Amuse CARBON R is already scary, but with even more upgraded mechanicals has potential to be a widowmaker."

Hmm. Slapping the usual turbo and cylinder heads for more power vs making a whole carbon fibre custom body and actually designing something that's a tuner's wet dream?
I was agreeing with you btw. 57s for Tsukuba in an R34 is very impressive.

One of our customers has one, we bought his R8 V10 to make room for it. I believe his is called the "Manchester".
