Sorry, I should have been more clear. The build was based around an ex DTM shell.

Wasn't the 205 you've guessed at mid/rear engined?

Back on the topic of decently modified cars.

Top Secret's 1000bhp+ R35 GTR.

Top Secret bow

I preferred their gold colourscheme though.

On a separate note, am I the only one that tends to just scroll through the photos / specs of the cars and ignore the comments on this thread?

Way too much aggro.

Me too, I still think they look ok, functional like an 80's rally car look. All these kits these days seem to serve little more than to grab attention by standing out like a zit of the queens nose!!

Actually, it was initially the suspension turrets - I first thought it may be a 309 as I was aware of one running a Honda lump, but that has a different scuttle panel to the 205 getmecoat

I have those team dynamic wheels on my car...(bought car with them on)........and they ARE CRAP!
I still don't understand this. How/why are they crap? Ok, they're not the prettiest or most expensive of wheel, but they're of good quality and very light indeed.
I'd like to know more about this too. What's so crap about TD wheels? I don't own any, so have no axe to grind. I've heard they make some very light wheels which is meant to be the point of alloy wheels after all.
Only complaints I've heard are the paints a bit thin on the rear of the rims but hardly a real issue. Intrigued to hear more.
In third week i owned the car, i hit an unsighted pothole, nothing major and nothing that made me go "ste". However on inspection later i found that the wheel lip had buckled slightly. To which my opinion was...crap chocolate wheels.

If i recall correctly ( and I could be very wrong) all Top Secret cars have to earn the Gold paint scheme.

I can't remember what they have to do but they normally start off white, then when they've proven something or other they get the Gold paint.

I think that's a Rauh Welt car, so here we go again.

In before too low, wheels too big, silly rear wing.

Thats correct I like standard porsches as much as anyone else.

Theres just something I like about his creations vs the usual drop and stance stuff maybe because alot of it reminds me of the porsche gt racers.

I don't hate them, but I think they could do with some rake to the stance and I object to excessive negative camber at the rear. Can't really see that from the angle pictured.

If its the GT look they are going for then it wouldn't look out of place at the Ring, but it would look a bit odd on the road...................................that said, I still would drive it to the shops!!
