That Datsun is right up my street. I think it would look better if the extra-flared arches were being filled with properly wide wheels though, it looks like they've used spacers on that.

(Now someone will come along and tell me the arches and wheel width is standard . . . )

That looks like some photchoppery on that pic.

Hate the front tyres. Could be really nice with some small tweaks though.

Not a standard road car, but similar to a period modified race car, well lower (or stanced) but they used wide arches for those back in the 70's.

MORE details. 432 - Is that the size of the lump dropped in?

There are stacks of these in the US with SBC's in, One with a Tuned Chey 350 with a blower on (loverly work, all low line and below the original bonnet line), a total beast (have vids somewhere).

I would say wheels, spoiler and window mesh are a slight clue this isn't 100% standard wink

Vid I have is a 3rd gear roll-on just lighting the tyres for about 2-300M's start at about 50-60mph, NICE.

The 432 part isn't the size of the engine I'm afraid, it has the 2.0ltr, 6 cylinder S20 engine from the Skyline of the same era, it's called the 432 because it has 4 valves per cylinder, 3 carbs and 2 cams and makes an incredible noise. It was Jap only but some were used by the (Jap) police, they only made 420 of them which makes them almost as rare as the Skyline the engine came from (about £100,000 rare).

Good work there. WHOA that is trick then - 4v version of the base engine (and they scream).
