Spotted today at my local train station - unusual colour for a modded BMW and guessing its sitting on air ride, but thought it looked very good in a restrained type of way
Nice looking car.I cannot get what people like about air ride all the way down, they just look too low to me. I would like to see it at driving ride height as I expect it would look nicer.
And the air ride is crap too.
I’m on the fence whether this belongs in here or the badly modified thread!

Anything with 'air ride' belongs on the other thread. Utterly chav
You don't like it, ergo, must be chav I can never understand why it's not enough for some people to simply say that they dislike something, or it isn't to their taste, instead, they feel the need reinforce that by calling whatever it is chav, council or whatever derogatory adjective comes to mind.
For the record, I'm not a particularly huge fan either, but I'm not narrow minded enough to label a suspension system "chav" because of that. Seems you're in good company though!

The only cars I really like that are on air ride are those that don't look like they're on air ride. I have no objection to the principal or technology, just think cars with their wheels tucked under the arches and bellies scraping the floor like an obese Dachshund look st.

Erm, you're not allowed to say obese Dachshund (or chav) on here
I often say chav or chavvy if a car is. Go on then……. Why not ?Edited by Escort3500 on Saturday 12th February 10:39
