Evening all, just after some feedback if poss? I am a phone call away from getting a batch of these made (aside from a possible legal debate with them what own the 'Ring!) but it would mean a little investment on my behalf. What do you reckon? Will it sell? Any feedback appreciated, thanks.

A drawback i can see is that could be stolen off car .

The ubiquitous sticker cannot.

Trying not to be rude, but how are these different from any others already on the market?

NB I'm on my phone so can't really see them properly.

Yes with self-adhesive. Made by a company who make a lot of OEM badges, so yes they can be nicked, but you'd need a decent heat source to do it without breaking it.

How much? Good question! How much would you pay?

They're exactly the same as the Carbon Fibre adhesive badges on sale at the 'Ring. Isn't this their copyright?

Having been to the 'ring I think going there, lapping, then buying the badge is part of the experience.

I wouldn't buy them, and sorry to be a prude, but I really hate copyright theft.

It's not a usual sticker - it's a proper car badge, like you see 'M3' or '118d' on the back of a BMW

Haven't seen these? I have been in contact with the company who own the 'Ring. We nearly agreed a deal for me to wholesale them to them for retail in their on-site shops and online shop, but they pulled out for some reason? I am now seeking their permission to produce and sell them myself, so there will be no copyright theft.

I will be amazed if they agree to that, but good luck anyway. They're nice items I guess.

They got kicked out biggrin
IIRC the ring is now owned by the local authority again.

not a fan of any stickers on cars

I even take dealership stickers off the back window and number plate

although seeing this on the back of a mini was quite amusing

Stickers/signs on cars;

You've driven the Nordschleife.

Letting the rest of us know you can breed/are a princess.

Same, same and equally ste. We don't care.

I like them a lot. I'm not sure I'd display one on my own car, as sadly too many arses seem to these days, but that doesn't mean they aren't very high-quality looking or that they won't sell well.

No problem. Just one person who won't be sticking some piece of tat on the back of my vehicle for the purposes of informing other people I partake in a particular activity.

Still takes all sorts doesn't it biggrin

Sorry, but when I see any badge similar to that, I immediately think of another thread on here.

I would post a link, but it would not go down well. wink

Glad someone said it. The appeal to the target audience could probably be increased by adding the words "Turbo V8 Injection" and getting Halfords to add it to their Ripspeed collection.
