400k (644,000 km) miles on an '05 Lancia Thesis. Looks pretty tidy.

Not a lot left of this 50th Anniversary Defender after some poor sod has done 240,000km in it!

Nearly 400k miles for a six-year-old car that looks pretty clean and a fairly desirable spec, at £5k.http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/2015...
Not saying I *would* but it doesn't seem deluded exactly.

I'm actually tempted, even at £5k. Where do you reckon it should be priced?http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/2015...

Ok "deluded" may be a strong word but £5k would buy you an '05 car with a third the mileage.
Exactly, which is why 5k seems right. Some people might prioritise age over mileage. I probably would. It's only 6 years old, £5k seems like a nice enough buy. I'd rather have it than a 10 year old pre facelift one a third of the mileage.Infact if £5k buys one twice as old then perhaps £5k is cheap
