Assuming it's a 4 year lease company car, the 'owner' probably had a fuel card given the annual mileage.
Honestly I would imagine it is simply a private run and owned car that the owner was allowed a fuel card for, especially as it's being sold privately. Also it doesn't seem like a company car type of car, and also has a few options...

Not quite - 23-24k a year. Which seems a bit less insane.
I'd buy it, thing probably has 300k left in it with just regular servicing!
This has many, many miles left in it.

I worked in Saudi for many years and these things just keep going and there is no such thing as a local well maintained car in KSA......
This appears to still be for sale.

People used to say "if only it were closer I would buy it"........ quite often a quick look at their profile would reveal the car in question was all of 20 miles away.
But now I've seen this PX/trade in line a couple of times recently... so can I assume it is the latest PH cliche meaning of course that you are absolutely not interested in any way at all? rolleyes

Perhaps in some cases you're right, just not this one.

My civic type r has 166k on it. Noone can tell, all are surprised when I tell them. Still returns more than the claimed urban mpg (28 vs 22 claimed). Still does 0-100 in the claimed time. Nothing has fallen off. Nothing has failed. Nothing has rusted.

Same here. And mine is worth around £15k so I can't be doing with selling privately at this price point.

Never mind!!

Yup, shagged spares that have all done the moon and back.
(or the equivalent of)
Yeh but if you tear that apart and sell it on ebay, nobody ever has to know how many miles it's done. I bet there's a grand in spares easy.
Oh well if there's a grands worth of spares on the car the buyer had an absolute bargin in giving just under £1500 for it. It looks fu@ked to put it mildly.

I'd say bad, that's a diesel with 160BHP but in top whack tax band (of course, those figures might be wrong) that's just pure ste.

Personally I do around 35-45k miles a year and have given it a great deal of thought. If I won the lottery I would for the time being probably keep doing my job as I enjoy it so what car to buy for that mileage. I thought maybe an R8 convertible but then I considered the fuel and running costs and dismissed it. Likewise something like an M3/M4.

In the end I concluded a TTRS would be the best of all worlds as it is a road rocket. It will be pretty economical fuel wise as my old diesel audi did around 45 to 50mpg and the company pays most of the fuel. It would be relatively cheap to run compared to higher end cars such as the R8 M3 etc and I think you can have mag ride which should make it relatively comfy as well.

I think Ssangyong has a 250k/5 year warranty so it sort of makes sense if you're planning to do 200k miles in 4 years
