High mileage cars for sale

Ssangyong warranty is pretty impressive on the face of it... http://www.ssangyonggb.co.uk/pages/warranty
5 years, unlimited mileage and even extended to taxi/private hire. The Rexton looks pretty decent if you like that kind of thing.

I have three SsangYong Rodius and will be taking that number to six in the next twelve months.
The main attraction - the warranty. We're doing roughly the same mileage which means at 5 year / 250,000 miles its scrapyard time for them but has given us a greater ROI than the incumbent Ford Galaxy.
The first one has got to 80k with only consumables so fingers crossed.

Still under warranty as well (unlimited mileage)That not a good dealership? It popped up in the "you may be interested in" section when browsing the classifieds earlier.
214k in 8 years in a V12 biturbo - I'd love to see the bills.

Good find! If it has averaged 20mpg that's nearly 12 grand in fuel alone! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2006-Mercedes-Benz-S-Cla...

Another 'interesting' dealership offering that one for sale too.... not known for selling minters so the fact they advertise it "SPARES OR REPAIRS" could mean it is totally shagged. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2006-Mercedes-Benz-S-Cla...

Glad to see this may answer some reliability questions over that engine. Looks like a bargain at 4 bags of sand.BorkFactor said:
Wasn't there a thread on here a while ago by a guy who ran one as a company car, and it was on engine number 3?
Something to do with a bad coolant hose design that made the engine lunge itself on overheating if I remember correctly?
Yes I remember reading that, would be interesting to find out if this Focus is on it's original engine or if it had at least had the coolant pipe replaced. It's almost tempting to be a real life guinea pig, I doubt there will be many with a higher mileage.Something to do with a bad coolant hose design that made the engine lunge itself on overheating if I remember correctly?
