That has to be one of the all time best entries for this thread! Interesting it says Last serviced on 17/09/2014 at 274,096 miles, so it hasn't actually done that much mileage in past year. Means first 4 years would have been about 70k per annum yikes

One of the reps at our place has a 2 year lease on his cars as he's at 60k a year, all motorway miles, they still look new when they go back

Looks amazing for the mileage, and I would say with the sort of driving that thing did Heated seats are a better buy than rear sensors. Still doesn't look anywhere near like it has 300 large on it, more like 50k!

Not for sale, but we had a 63 plate MB E220 (registered 30th September '13) in for a service on Monday and it had done 97000 miles! Not bad smile
Don't Merc BMW Audi all come with a 3 year unlimited miles warranty... He is really going to push that to the limit.

I'd wager when he does sell it on the engine drivetrain will be sweet as a nut too

Good cars those diesel Mercs and they do big mpg with the 7 speeder
Just an update on this E220CDI.. It was in for a service on Thursday, it's now on 171500 miles.. Not bad, but he's slacking a bit..

There was a 406 with above average miles recently sold on the 406oc forum...

Its an ex-private hire car - the previous owner has done the cambelt on it 5 times....

It shows a well maintained and regularly driven car can last a very long time.

When I have been in these as a passenger in a mini cab I am always surprised how well they seem to wear the miles.

PH dont allow naming and shaming.

Enter the dealer's name from the advert in to google and it will reveal all within the top handful of results.

Doesn't everyone in the pub say they need a rebuild every 60K miles...?

Spotted this on BCA, 12 month old Dacia Logan with 45k miles - must be the highest for one of these!

Nah tongue out

Think there was a fella on here (or the dacia forum I forget) who cleared 75k or so in just over a year as a taxi.

No problems!

The seat covers are shagged so the seats can only be worse. I know these can take the miles but that must be towards the end of its life. Would be horrid as a daily but Ideal for the Mongol rally or similar.

Can almost smell the stale piss and vomit from here. For that money from a trader it just has to be at the absolute end of its life.
