New engine at 50k though?
Yorkshire plates, maybe an ex-BMW press car that's had a harder than average early life?

There's something very suss about this one, Moted on the 11th November 2014 with 358602 miles, then sold in June before being moted again on the 12th October with 110115 miles on it!

The reg is KN09UJG if anyone wants to look for themselves. https://www.check-mot.service.gov.uk/

Not for sale. but I have a local VW Passat running around near as a taxi - it's a 2.0 TDI 140 model on an 06 plate.
I have had him a few times and got chatting, think he changed everything that could go wrong.
However according to last MOT on internet in August - it was on 378,000 miles!

That sold at Brightwells auction for £7,400 a couple of months ago.

Another BM with a new engine fitted by BMW in early, same as the M5 above. This is a low spec co car presumably to get them up and down the motorway as efficiently as possible with the smallest initial price tag

Interesting to see that the leather on the seats of these high mileage newer beepers still shine up and look terrible like their predecessors. BMW seats always look utterly battered after a while.

"NOT HAD FIRST MOT YET NUDGE NUDGE"

Not that anyone would buy this and clock it or anything...

And "HAS YOU NO" probably gives you an idea of the genius who is selling it.
It has now had its first MoT.

Happily it's covered -109,000 miles in a month and now only shows 38,536 miles.

You mean lost 109,000 miles surely?

I wonder if anybody would ever report this?

Unless they swapped out the worn interior parts and fixed the marks that wont be visible on the photos, only Stevie Wonder will think that has done 40k.

You would be amazed what people fall for when that Holy Grail of low mileage is put in front of them. I know somebody who walked past several really clean straight 70000-90000 mile cars and bought an absolute shed of a 40000 mile car with no 2 panels the same colour and marks everywhere simply because it had lower mileage.

OU06 LJA - S65 AMG 2006. No mileage stated in the advert but a quick MOT history check shows that it was on 205k last MOT.

Doing 36k miles a year in between some tests!

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2006-Mercedes-Benz-S-Cla...

Will be interesting to see what mileage its on now, as the previous test was over a year ago, and it doesnt appear to have an MOT now. I wonder if its been clocked?!

£2299

2010 same as Audi A4 , 140 bhp 6 speed"

I think that's amazing value if its clean and tidy. The mechanical bits can be replaced the car has plenty of life left in it, the buyer gets a modern looking 5 year old car for the price of a 10 year old 100k miles Passat diesel!

Everyone knows it goes on but so blatantly frown

Anyone found it up for sale with its new mileage yet?
