Certainly looks to be been cared for, it's tidy (from the pictures) and seems to have a lot of history.

Fair play to the previous owners. So many people would have given up on running it at way less miles than that.

65,000 miles in a year is ok if all you do for a job is drive, but whoever drove this had a real job as well. It can't have got to this mileage this fast without being seriously hammered on the twisties .

You say that, but at that mileage it'll be predominantly motorway work.

I know of a new Alpina B7 which went on the road the other day and that'll see 30k a year of motorways.

those miles are nuts. I wonder what things like their average speed was? hours travelled per day etc...

There's a world of difference between 30k pa and 65k pa. It's not so much double the mileage.

If the guy works 10 hours per day (and drives 6 hours per day) and does 300 days per year, that's 1800 hours = 36 mph average.

Just try to average 36 mph for a week and you will know how hard you have to drive to do it.

30k pa would be 16mph.

Of course, he may have lived a mile off the M1 in London, never hit traffic and worked a mile off the M6 in Birmingham .

It's 18 months old.

So 43k miles a year

I can do more than that going round bca sites sadly not in an rs6

800 miles a week is just a busy sales rep

It's like going from London to Preston on Monday then visiting multiple sites around nw then going back to London at end of week.

The only reason I had any doubts was because of the price of the RS6.
