David87 said: I love the Evoque - I've said it on here many times - but £80k for a Victoria Beckham limited edition is a step too far for me. Once again, something massively s t that will be lapped up by the Chinese. They've been selling us tat for years, isn't it time the tables were turned?

I quite like the look of them, and love the fact it is built in Britain and selling so well, but it I am concerned it is going to become a victim of its own success, they are everywhere!

What does this even mean? We just shorten it on here to "The Imagine"

I actually rather like the look of that. It looks a bit mean, but quite smart too.
Not that I'd dram of buying one, even if I did have £80k to spend on a car.

I still can't get over the point that buying an Evoque meant you couldn't afford a proper RangeRover.
And I wouldn't pay 80k if Victoria Beckham was in it with the car (not sure if that makes it worse actually)

The Evoque is a very nice car that will doubtless sell by the arseload. However, it is not close to 80k nice.

And I wouldn't pay 80k if Victoria Beckham was in it with the car (not sure if that makes it worse actually) I agree with Jeremy Clarkson on the Evoque. in one of his rare serious moments he stated that once he drove the car it made him feel that he did not need a proper Range Rover. I am quite astonished by how capable this car is as well. probably the most versatile car on sale in Britain today, What other car could you hustle down B roads, then go properly off road, and then (via the car wash) park outside the ivy? Very rarely does a car company aim for a new target market and hit it so squarely on the head.

I'm just astonished by how ugly it is. As I couldn't stomach looking at the wretched thing I'll never know how capable it is. And Range Rovers used to have a lovely classic look, such a shame they have chavved out

Of their size class they are probably the best looking SUV
