Are you pi$$ed? Seriously, cave men didn't have alcohol... You don't need alcohol to have a good time. I don't drink at all and regularly have a good time. Alcohol is a relatively recent invention in human history.
Even monkeys, elephants and butterflies have alcohol and get drunk - in some cases quite deliberately. Fermentation is almost as old as life on earth. And many primitive tribes have horrible alcoholic concoctions and use other drugs (for a good time and communicating with their ancestors!).

It doesn't read 'right', it reads like the typical attention seeking made up dribble of troll or attention we or some nutter anti-drink campaigner.

If that offends you, add it to the list of things that are st about your life.

You are 100% incorrect humans have consumed booze from caveman age - discovered by chance they drank it and enjoyed its effects.

Booze is not the only drug which early humans and animals took and still take.

Your comments are typical from someone who doesn't drink. Oddly I don't hear those who do drink say I have to have a drink to have a good time. You don't drink booze good for you your choice though it is like saying being a vegiterian or vegan is a good thing we are omnivores and need meat as part of our diets.
Booze has been part of our diet for hundreds of thousands of years (in moderation) it is a relaxant to destress it is also in all it's forms very tasty and no 0% doesn't taste good.

Lol Booze is a relatively new invention.... Your so wrong on this unless of course you mean when considered in the lifetime of the earth in which case I'd totally agree but fermentation is natural so Jurassic era etc would all have had booze though as they were "dumb" animals it's not possible to say that they made it themselves or found it and drank it. 190 million years is a lot of time for the chances for nature to ferment and it stay in a pond of something and an animal drinks it

I know some folk won't believe this but

It is posible to have a drink without getting drunk unless you are one of those sad people who must get drunk to enjoy themselves
Um effective legal limit is 1 pint.
Don't really get your point about being sad for over drinking. Booze has been what humans have done since the cave age. So this modern push oh don't drink too much your sad to do so you cannot enjoy yourself without .... Get real. I find people who say this are themselves quite dull and also find it pretty difficult to socialise with others ie heading off to a club at 2am. I'm struggling to know what else you do in a late club apart from booze have find and crazy dance. Try that sober its not possible and chit chat isn't possible due to the level of the noise. Anyway I digress its up to you how much or how little yu booze provided you don't drink.
So you are one of the sad gits who can't have one pint but must have a skinful

Madness to drink and drive even the one.

If you want a drink go for it get smashed but taxi home.

If you want to mix driving and drinking you deserve everything coming your way.

Hope you're getting a taxi back after that one ale. Or would you drive then?

People who don't drink and have a good time are usually doing it for a reason. It's usually as they cannot handle it. They make a total ass out of themselves, embarrass their wives/friends, pick a fight, vomit everywhere, pick up a bottle again first thing in the morning. etc etc.

Bullst yourself. You can have your opinion but I know it for fact. He may have got points or a fine, I don't know becuase I haven't heard the full story, the court date was only last week. He did not receive a ban though!
Drink driving is a summary offence with virtually zero chance of getting off, it carries a mandatory minimum 12 month ban, unless you have a very, very, very good defence and those opportunities are very limited too.

You might get the "leeser" charge of Drunk whilst in charge of a vehicle, but that's still a pretty severe penalty of a minimum 10 points.

I don't believe a word of hat you're saying. If he did "get off" as you claim, then it would at the very least make the local headlines. Any chance of a link to this please? Somehow I doubt it.

I don't go to the pub alone. As such we have a nominated driver sometimes that's me in which case it's club soda of Pepsi or J2O etc.

If in a scenario I drove to a pub alone and had beer I'd either get a bus taxi or call a friend wife etc to pick me up. Or I'd walk.

I know it is but I'd rather not have anything to drink if I'm driving my personal choice. Any accident god forbid would be down to another reason
