I have CLK black
I had mkb modify the gearbox , Ecu and tcu to enable the box to blip on downshifts . It's absolutely and completely transformed the car .

Why did they stop doing the mod out of interest?

It's not financially viable to them , something about each car having to be mapped and tested separately . My car took nearly 5 months to do including some track work we arranged it's something to do with the [bespoke?] nature of the cars .

My FiL mate (tenuous link, I know) has a LHD CLK black series for sale it's done 43k km (whatever that is in miles?) and it has proper leather chairs - not the bucket seats. Think he said he's after £75k for it.

Oh, and it's red!

It makes overtaking tricky - and you'll be doing a lot of that in one of those. He mainly drives it in France though.

I'm not sure about the red, I know it's 'boring' but I would prefer black or silver.
