That e-cars place is possibly one of the worst websites I've ever seen.
Doesn't exactly inspire confidence does it?

Well it said about being a director of a CCTV firm, so perhaps the police sub contracted to them. He got friendly, and got thrown on the course.

That PH Essentials feature on the classifieds ads is utter rubbish PH.

I thought the website was a bit ropey too.

Advert states that he's been trained to that standard, not that he was a serving traffic bib . . . . . . .just like the "car was handed over by LCDM" and "maintained to aircraft standard" it all has a whiff of smoke and mirrors about it

If you were reading car mags in the 80s, you might remember adverts for a self help book "Four Wheels to a Fortune" (http://openlibrary.org/works/OL11538680W/Four_wheels_to_a_fortune).

The seller of the Ferrari seems to be the same chap...

Unless he was an officer or a police staff trainer then he won't have been trained to that standard, simply because he would not have an exemption to drive at high speeds or do the response training. So I am wondering where he was got this line from given that he seems to have had nothing to do with the police!

I do like the car but I am inclined to be nosey and pick holes in the narrative....

When I first saw this I thought that 100k on a Ferrari would knacker the value totally. I therefore assumed his valuation was crazy, however the 550s for similar money on the PH website right now do all seem to be in worse shape, despite their lower mileages. Perhaps this isn't such a bad buy after all.

Not sure I'd have the bottle though: the back of my mind would be screaming out.
