The AM Zagatos are really very nice in my opinion. I think this is primarily because the AM and Zagato design styles compliment each other. Here, the BMW fussiness really jars with the Zagato design style in my opinion.

I actually think it's quite striking, i just can't make up my mind whether that's in a good or bad way. One question does come to mind though...

How do you get your golf clubs into the boot?

Can't figure out how the rear opens. There are no cut lines. Does the whole rear section hinge up? or just the rear window?

Or....is this guy like 'wtf? How do you expect me to get this in if the back doesn't fking open?!'

I disagree... the rear is already pretty bulky, by shortening the nose, you only stress that fact unnecasarily.

Then again, never liked the Z4...

I find current BMW designs utterly gruesome and extremely inelegant and all wrong. Seems Zagato can't alter that. I'm sure safety legislation can take part of the blame but that is in the same class as the X6.

Far too fussy for me - what the hell is going on with the side vent? The back isn't bad and who doesn't love a double-bubbled roof, but the front is just wrong.

Rear looks good in this shot, and a big fan of the double bubble roof - it's the front that's the mess (Apart from the Z-grille). One BOBFOC of a car!

I think it is mentally impossible to think a car with those proportions is ugly. He has to be on a wind up!

Initial thought was this: "so they mated a Z4 with an Alfa 8C". Obviously hints of TZ1/2/3 at the rear, with the glass continuing down the "Kamm" rear end. Has a bit of original Viper GTS about the back, as well.

Here's my take: front- meh, back- wonderful, and overall- nice, but not as nice as an 8C or Z8.
