Proper tyres and steel rims, none of those fashion victim alloys for HRH.
I am of the same belief. I think series Land Rovers and Defenders look great in the basic steel wheels. They just look so right smile

Did that one have power steering? She didn't look like she was struggling as much as I do when trying steer my 88 round any kind of bend!

My mate used to own Princess Anne's old Range Rover...
Which was supposed to be my father's but a few days before delivery he was phoned and told it had been given to Princess Anne.

My father was on her table the other year at a 60th birthday dinner in Scotland and raised this matter but was reassured that he'd been lucky as the thing had never worked. smile

The one he finally received was perfectly reliable after it was sent back for being over an inch longer on one side than the other!!!!

Being a geek. The LR Defender 50th was a 4.0 V8 auto from the factory. The Production Tomb Raider models were a 5-speed manual Td5. The Tomb Raider(s) Defenders used in the film were a 3.5 V8 Carb model.

Superb photo. Her Majesty's expression almost says, "One had better careful what one says" :-)

Cannot understand why so many people are referring to Her Majesty (HM) as HRH!
No wonder the country has gone down the pan.
