In about 2 years I'll probably get a 335d.

In about a year, I'll be buying a brand new Mercedes SLK AMG 55 for me and MrsTinySpock.

V8, RWD, 2 Seats and top down motoring when the chance arrives!

This week I've been mulling over the idea of a mint Evo 6 in black, no badges or spoiler, with a plain black interior, maybe forged internals packing a little more power. Can I get away with this as a family car? hehe Rather bored of big fat heavy cars right now. I want something far more nimble and capable in the winter too.

The next car I plan/want is to replace my daily and its a MINI Countryman prefer the SD all4 but depends on how much I can pick up a used on for in a couple of years, I know its not the most PH car out there but I really like them and I have 2 classics in the garage so it would be nice to have MINI on the drive too.

You lot are proper lucky

My Mrs is badgering me over and over and over to get her a new Scenic avec Tomtom or a Renault Koleos?

Would be straightforward if she didn't have an auto only license and insist upon nav, oh and a sunroof

Ive been planning to buy a classic Mustang.

However, more likely is that the bangernomic barge bought last year is going to die a death and necessitate an altogether more boring purchase. frown

It will be a while yet but hopefully a 5-series touring with as big a petrol engine as I can afford. Probably an e60 5'er as my e36 hopefully has a good few years left yet and e39's will be nearly as old.

For my 40th birthday I'm thinking of either a 458 Spider or an R8 V10 (coupe).

Question is did everyone achieve their goal bearing in mind the thread was started in 2012?

Sort of...

A current shape Mazda3 MPS in either white or red. Maybe some form of drop top roadster (TT/Z4/350Z).
I found the Mazda a bit boring, so I bought this instead. Sparked a change of career, now I get one as a company car every few months so mine's going up for sale after 13 months.

Talking with Mrs. lightthefuse in the car today with regards to what's next after the V70. Never would I thought I'd say that with a Weimaraner and Labrador the boot is, well, a little cramped!

I'm trying to extol the virtues of a FFRR for our next motor in a year or so, and surprisingly, Mrs. lightthefuse didn't reject it out of hand! Probably going to end up picking the 'safe' option of an XC60 or XC90 though, knowing her. Or an X5 perhaps???

I've still got a couple of years on the 208 unless I get a loony offer to chop it in, in which case I'm seriously considering going back to second-hand with a Jaaag XF - Diesel - putting a frightening amount of miles on the little Pug this year to sway that decision!

EP3 Type R - Pre-facelift (I love the rear lights, really put of by the facelift ones!)

I currently drive a Z20LET Corsa C, was a 1.8 n/a before the donor engine was put in.

Most likely my first MX5 will be next, maybe a cheap off roader after that, then a LDV convoy to attempt a camper conversion and then another Fiat coupe 20vt.

Really don't want to get rid of the XJR though.

Currently having a huge debate with myself.... Heart says E90 M3, head says E90 335i. I've read so many debates on the subject, but still don't know which way I'll go!
