cheers for all the help guys, ive checked out the MGB and 944, apparently the MPG on these are 30+, is this still the case bearing in mind the age ect..?

I would have the 944 every day out of those two whilst the MGB is a fun car the 944 would be a far better place for the motorway miles you are doing MGB is more of a weekend car imo.
