Will.I.Am has done a considerable amount in his life time so far to include:

ruining pop music, making Fergie famous (??), dressing like an utter prawn, bringing back one glove as a fashion statement, promoting the worst haircuts in history, talking about yourself in the 3rd person, appearing on national TV looking like you have just consumed a lot of crack and are completely confused by bright lights, shamelesly overpromoting yourself, telling women safe sex is "tacky", coming across like Data (star trek) with aspergers and dressing like Buzz Lightyear and calling it your new fashion range...

Oh and being an AMAZING car designer.

I would love to know who his PR company is because they are awesome. Mr I.Am is, however, not.

Most cars in California don't have a front plate, though I think legally they should have one, but for some reason it's not enforced.
