I miss the days of a long motorway slog ahead in the Jag. A Maccy's breakfast, some good tunes and miles of effortless wafting.

Definitely could have used some cup holders though.

Is every service £4500, or only if you use a BMW main dealer?

Is this not a cheaper alternative to iSeatThingy (TM)?

Thanks indeed. I'll give it a go. The W210 interior is omni-grey, so gaffer tape may even brighten it up a bit. The wife will marvel at my inventiveness, and love me a little more.
Please read the small print.

Louiebaby's patented cheap-as-chips-gaffer-tape-cup-holder offers no guarantees when it comes to the opposite sex. Quantities of sex in your life as a result of using the cup holder may go down as well as up. Other tape types are available. Louiebaby holds no patents on the cup holder. Typical APR rate is high, but not as high as wonga.com. Prices correct at time of going to press. Your home may be at risk if you set fire to it. Etc etc...
hehe Where there's blame, there's a claim.
Gaffer tape in that useless faux wood pop out thingy in front of the cubby box. Or screw up newspapers and infill around said beverage to stop it falling over. HTH.

My favourite cup holder was between passenger seat and trans tunnel in my old 190e. Living life on the edge baby.

Worst case scenario £320 for both front shocks, but may be £50 less than that if it only takes 2 hours like they think it will. Quite happy with that.

It's a bit rough... needs some TLC... but it's a late model and it's cheap!

Has it got tow-hooks front and rear? Front for the RAC, rear for the oil tanker.
And have you re-mortgaged ready?

Pah. It's parked on grass. What could possibly go wrong?

I'm certainly no fan of silver cars. It's not one for me; just thought it might interest someone who's a dab hand with the old P38.

I'd ruled them out in insurance grounds but the quote i just got is very very appealing.....only 100 odd quid more than a standard 3.2 or 4.0 car....
Nowt more than a cooking one. Unless somebody had taken the 'charger off and put it back wrong, like I found on mine after I bought it. (This would of course be evident from a test drive if you're in anyway a better buyer than moi)

So... JFDI thumbup
Is yours an X300?

If so talk me in to it! biggrin

With its legendary thrust, beautiful styling, endless gadgets (all in full working order) and general all-round wonderfulness, I wouldn't have time or inclination to drink in your car.

In fact, I'd just be desperately concentrating on not having a special moment.
I'm not sure I know what you mean. I don't recall Baryonyx ever mentioning 32972173 times what it is that he even drives?

It was when I had it hehe Great, apart from the thirst, which ruined it for me. You think "yeah, it'll like a drink, who cares" but in the end I could just see £££ disappearing when I used any of the performance, which dulled the experience a tad.

I'm bloody sure you can see the fuel guage dropping on full chat.

Do it. The best all-round barge I've had the pleasure of experiencing and would have one in a heartbeat. If you can get past the prodigious thirst then you'll love it.
