I spotted those too in Le Mans, was a bit confused what it was for a while! Saw quite a few of the Estates in particular. Apparently they aren't even engineered to be RHD capable so not just the UK missing out. Similar story with the new Espace.
You guys not getting the new Espace??

No, we're not getting it. Renault UK were having a shocker and making losses on anything bigger than a Mégane, so all we get are the SUVs and smaller cars.

OK my pedantry wasn't clear, let's clarify.

The "Car That Wasn't Known to Exist" is a two-door version of a Granada Mk2 - you can tell by the sloping front grill where a Cortina has a vertical grill. The larger picture of the red car with the RS alloys and BVR is clearly a Cortina 2dr.

Misinterpretation rules.

Saw these for the first time in Italy, I think it's a rehash of cheap, poor Chinese rehashes of cheap European cars for the Italian market

I saw one of these in Spain and really liked the look of it, looks smaller than it actually is. Even came back looking for some used ones in the UK but nothing...

Does Ireland get it? It would be a riht pain importing it but it would hold its value fairly well and it would be RHD

I thought it wasn't being engineered for right hand drive, so Ireland weren't getting it either?

New Fiat Tipo, saw it the other day, do you lot get that one?
We are getting it in the netherlands, but in true Fiat Netherlands fashion, the engine offerings completely suck, its either an atmospheric 95hp 1.4 16v, or the 1.3 JTDm. Other countries are apparently getting 120hp 1.4 Tjet or 1.6 JDTm versions, which would make it interesting as something more then a white-goods type car.

We also only get the saloon, which is gonna sell st here, because we're a hatch/estate country.

Typical Fiat..

(i wouldnt mind having a 120hp one TBH)

That looks like that thing Ford did in conjunction with Kia which Kia sold as the Pride. Seems Ford did a mental version, pretty cool!

I remember a yellow fast Festiva in a late 80's/early 90's issue of a magazine from when I was a teenage car nut. It was probably Fast Car. Not sure what the spec of that one was now.

Don't see that colour often these days either. Except on a prosthetic.

Just you! It's much smaller, doesn't look at all similar in the flesh, and has nothing in common.

That Infiniti partnership with PH the other week was obviously money well spent.
