Toyota C-HR. One had just arrived at the dealer near me while I was looking at a GT86. Odd looking thing, seems it would suit Lexus' ugly SUV line up a little better. Also, the name sounds like it should be a Honda. Don't really get it.
Doesn't "See HR" mean you are going to get the sack?

Saw a Volvo S60 Cross Country today, a strange looking thing, a saloon crossover.

Volvo's tribute to the AMC Eagle saloon.

This might be the closest to a 'basic' Q2. Small alloys, black trim.
That looks better than the red one

I quite like that toyota, doesn't look like it takes itself too serious smile.

On the other hand, saw this the other day:

At first I thought it was a BMW rear end. (not a compliment)

Had never seen one.

As for the 156 crossover, seen a couple. Still very rare though!

Audi Q2, looks the same as Q3, but with a different coloured panel on the rear quarter.
These two are both the same car underneath, based on the VW Tiguan. Unrelated to the Q3.

They've only come out recently so will likely get more popular over time, and as such won't really fall into the category of most cars in this thread!

I thought it must have been new. Just didn't know about it's existence.
I usually like Seat, but these days they look way too much Audi for my taste.

Yeah, it's named after what happened when the marketing guy let loose a stream of expletives after seeing it for the first time.

The new Q3 will also be an MQB based car, too.

Not any DS4 - but a DS4 Crossback - a niche within a niche

That looks smart. Wish they'd left the rear lights alone in the facelift though.

Something not sold in the UK as far as I know but was sold in Europe and probably in other places around the world, and confused the heck out of me when I first saw one in Spain.

Peugeot 206+

Basically a 206, with a rear bumper fitted from it's successor.

However step to the front and you get a full 207 nose grafted to a 206. I literally have no idea, it's as if Peugeot started manufacturing the 206 replacement before they'd actually finished designing the 206 replacement.

i'm going to say they had a fkton of old 206s they couldn't shift... or the majority of the parts required to make them, and they wanted to shift them somehow. Presumably at that point the factory had already been tooled up to make the 207 so they just fired the front and back panel lines up

No, it will be the old "budget" updated car where all the tooling has been paid for and they can keep the budget market that Dacia seem to have invigorated.

just a variation on GM selling Daewoo the old tooling on their old cars - except they were stupid enough to buy the whole operation back.
