The newest Prius is horrific. Like a acid-nightmare batmobile.
Agreed, every time I see it I cringe. I liked the styling of the last one but this new one...
It may be an age thing. My 12 year old thinks the latest Lexii look good and so will probably think the same of Toyota's latest excrescences.

One of these has just turned up in the car park at work, Proton Satria its an 07 plate. Appears to actually designed/made by Proton with a Mitsubishi engine and a "handling by lotus" badge. Its the same colour as the first picture too.

The owner has an 100 mile round trip commute, so I suspect its been bought cheap and will be run to the death. It replaces a complete shed of a 5 series that someone rear ended.

Also turned into a rally car driven by Alistair McRae

That C-HR thing is almost as ugly as a Ssangyong Rodius.

Supposedly a luxurious 4x4 that was aimed at the Range Rover. Looks more like a jacked up Fiat Tipo to me.

Yup, it's a domestic Malaysian design and actually not totally awful but they were too expensive and never sold in decent numbers in the UK. It didn't sell that well in Malaysia either actually, there's not a big market for 'sporty' 3 door cars and they were expensive so they're a comparatively rare sight in KL too.
The interior quality was pretty awful too, especially given the competitors it had. Ultimately it just wasn't good enough even if it looked ok and the GTI version had good handling.

I'd never heard of that before (probably the first car on this thread under 40 years old where that's the case) and it turns out that the exact one above one is for sale and I could buy it for the price of a fairly ratty early 90s Merc G Class

I'm almost tempted, but I think it looks more like a bloated Uno than a Tipo actually smile

Surely its a large 5 door mark 1 uno.

I would love that. Utterly different to anything else (likely for good reason)

I like the C-HR, makes a change from some of the boring dross Toyota have brought out over the past decade. Nicer than the Juke and deserves to sell well IMO. Only thing I don't like is the retro 1980s style clock on the dashboard, looks so out of place!

I actually thought that red ring was part of the real car!

Nissan Tiida. There are hundreds of the feckers round here. Horrible, just horrible. Generally driven by the dodderiest of doddery fools.

Apparently Arnie got a job lot from Ireland.

Isn't that a Nissan Tilda, which is rebadged in the USA as the Nissan Versa?
