Is that the JCB test track?
Same place alain de cadinet does his filming.
In the days before Google, places like this could be more easily concealled. Sir Anthony has a very decent collection of cars to play with round here: http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?hl=en&ll=52.9850...

I am the only one wondering what an XFR/XKR would go like with 550BHP & 700Lb/Ft?

I have wanted one of these for ages since i saw one at Goodwood 2 years ago.

Perfect for when the scamera vans fill up our roads and theres nothing for it than to go off road.

LETS OFF ROAD!

165 K is a touch too much though.

A couple of weeks ago we had the Race2Recovery guys down at our 4x4 training site for a charity event. They use QT Wildcats and when the day had finished, Dave Marsh gave us a run round.

Now, our "nursery track" takes around 20 mins to do in a normal 4x4 at proper speeds. In the Wildcat it took 3eek. I seem to remember mostly laughing manically as we flew around the track - the most startling thing was just how smooth it was over the bumps.

Euromillions for a QT Pro Trial, QT Ultralight comper, a QT Wildcat and a Bowler Nemesis/EXR-s decked out like a Evoke...

Great machines.
Having had a Comp Safaris 88" Land Rover, there is just something special about tooling around town in a proper competition motor :-)

If I was going to select a car I would not want Harris to bother testing this would be it. 4*4 and non production - just dull, sorry.
No less relevant than a(ny other) supercar IMO.

Brilliant.

Saw a road legal Wildcat in Peebles a few years ago complete with plates. I assume that was an aftermarket certification. Amazing things in the flesh. The suspension travel is comedy standards.
I saw one in Stirling 'bout a couple of years back looked the mutts nuts, gave the driver a thumbs up when we stopped at the lights together and he did me the favour of gunning it off the line, what a sound!

The interior finish needs work, also I find the styling of the rear a little disjointed. Also, it seems a bit noisy.

What we all would like to know, really, is whether it comes with bluetooth connectivity. Does it have lane collision warning? Road departure assist? What features are on offer, I really like high tech cars.
