I'd stop Politicians claiming expenses, get rid of job requirements such as CV's and experience. Get rid of the claim/compensation culture, all ambulance chasers to be banned, and people making petty claims to be banned from driving for 3 years.
All strikers, ecomentals, Greenpeace, brake etc to be made to do hard manual labour. Introduce no speed limit in certain areas of the UK. Racists, chavs, junkies, get rid of them.
Built the British version of the Transfagarasan highway.

The ever growing army of the unemployed need to be FORCED to do manaul labour to help society in exchange for their benefits (if able to do so!)
Don't pay prisoners wages to work in prison; take the money and build more prisons. A self-funding prison building programme.
Build some basic accommodation for the homeless.
People under £25 shouyld have to pay to have a dog license.
Remove all speed limits etc, etc......

Shorter prison sentences but those prison sentences are solitary confinement for 23 hours a day with 24 prisoners per wing. Automate doors so there is no human contact. 1 hour to shower, exercise and have one 'healthy' meal. Bread and water available at other times. No tv or anything else in the cell other than one single book deemed suitable.
Don't like it? Don't commit crimes! I'm talking about really short sentences as solitary well be awful but a massive deterrent.

No more than 2 kids each.
All airlines, trains must provide child, and non child sections.
All trains must have noisy and quiet carriages, actively policed by a special army division (see below)
Traffic police resources will concentrate on prosecuting/banning any offenders driving in such a way that prevents progress being made by others.
Journeys of 1 mile or less by car are illegal.
Mandatory exercise of 1 hour before entering Tesco, or Liddl.
No qualifications? You're automatically in the forces (which also has special battalions for domestic cleanup, road repair).

No income tax until £20k, 30% up to £100k and 10% thereafter. No avoidance except for money paid to employees. Stamp duty paid on difference between house sold and purchased. No taxes on taxes. No inheritance tax on the family home. No able bodied person gets more in benefits than they could earn. No driving of children to school unless the nearest available school is more than 3 miles away. Green initiatives only allowed if they are more efficient in their use of resources. Running your life is your own responsibility not that of the government. If you do not like something raise it with your assigned representative, you will be expected to be part of the solution if your point is considered to have merit. ETA - The dictators decision is final. s  t happens.

simply through out the health and safety guide lines,if people are stupid enough to do anything that puts there health or safety in the question then f king let them!!can you imagine being a child in this day and age? it would be s te! This in turn will get rid of the claims culture and tit for tat US style suing for stubbed toes culture that the UK is becoming! if people want to live off the state, make them work in the community to earn it, even if some of these people are put through some sort of child care course to look after the children of the other people out cleaning the roads, cutting the grass, picking up dog s te, shovelling snow etc to earn their benefits!

Another good suggestion. £6.08 an hour to clean the roads sounds better than 50 quid a week.

All vehicles to be fitted with a radar-based system which detects vehicles in front and behind and uses a GPS database to be aware of position of laybys.
If the system detects that there is nothing in front and something behind for a constant five minutes, the vehicle will automatically pull in to the next available layby and be held there for 30 seconds.
Interfering with this system on the vehicle to be punishable by firing squad.
