I had the same thing recently. No leaks found, but 3-4 weeks later air con went warm again. Turned out there was a hole in the condenser. Still, if you can rinse them for another recharge, by all means go for it.

They had 4 attempts.


My advice stands in that post.


If they have a gas sniffer - it will get fixed - or will tell you what need fixing... You will see it for yourself.

If it is dye they use.... arse gravy.

Fair point. Was it you who overfilled my engine oil and neglected to tighten up the alternator belt adjuster screw? (It fell off and the belt got noisy.) Denied it was their responsibility before I'd even finished explaining the problems.

My mate used the same place several times and was always very happy with their work - guess they had an off-day.
