Not even a kiddie size Buzz Lightyear one. No exceptions. Otherwise, the OP will pop it with his Swiss Army Knife.

(b) Your monthly mortgage payment equates to 2.5X the monthly finance payment on your car. Additionally, you must drive it everywhere, everyday and NEVER (I mean EVER) let footballs roll under it. Dammit! so close..

You seem to think that the world economy is resting on this guy shoulders and that because he can't afford his lambo the swiss government will introduce austerity measures as he won't be able to pay back his finace agreement, the bank he borrowed from will go tits up and the swiss franc will collapse. Sensible.

NumberoftheBeast said: Toblerone rationing? Yeah no more giant ones will be sold in Geneva/Zurich airport anymore. This is to stop the giants ones being bought by non swiss people. They apparently feed a family of 5 for a week.

What upsets me is that the OP isn't alone in his thinking. There are so many people out there who are:
1) quick to judge others 2) think spending a lot of money on something you love is, in the words of the OP, "ridiculous"
Makes me question why the OP is a member on a car enthusiasts' forum!!

Another example of the car-hating Swiss doing what they do best, raining on everyone's car-related parades.
Yeah great Switzerland has the cleanest towns etc, but it's probably because if anyone does anything fun they want to, they get slated at for being inconsiderate with how they spend their own money, their neighbours take to the forums to shout about it, and then attempt to ruin their final situation, and drop curiously sinister remarks such as "they'll be bankrupt soon..."

It is this which makes societies stronger and better prepared to cope with adversity than a collection of individuals. If the society also endeavours to be democratic and allow personal freedom, then it is inevitable that someone will use that freedom to make a choice that others don't like. If you take that freedom away you also give it up, unless you're Idi Amin. If you don't like it, go live on a desert island somewhere. Otherwise, suck it up.
