Gruber said: The Mk3 isn't a patch on the Mk2. Hence why I'd want a MK3 as a snotter for shed money, I just like the way that one looks but even if I'd won the euromillions I'd not spend £6k on one. This MK2 looks nice but the price is still bonkers IMHO http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/4102924.htm

Was disappointed by the choices Porsche made at the museum in Stuttgart re the cars from the 90s and early 00s. Also at the new SL press launch recently, they had fab examples of old models except the '129 which was a hideous facelift model.

They were/are quite quick. Obviously not compared to current toys but seven-and-a-bit to sixty and 130 all out isn't too shabby. Especially from 139 bhp of 1.8-litreness.

Epic merde for me I'm afraid. You could tempt me with an XM but the Safrance eurghh, btw my mates mum has just bought one, she went out looking for a small runabout and came back with a faclift V6, paid £450 for it with a years MOT!
